At notwoways, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your footwear; if your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the sneakers back in their original, undamaged shoebox and pack them into a secure outer mailing bag or box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel over to your local designated courier point and keep your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been processed.
